Job Description


Our client, a world renowned law firm based next to Moorgate Station, is embarking on an exciting journey to a brand-new workplace — and we’re looking for dynamic Workplace Coordinators to help make this transition seamless and energising.

As a Workplace Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for colleagues on your assigned floor, ensuring their day-to-day experience is supported, and connected. You’ll manage incoming queries, resolve issues with a proactive mindset, and act as the friendly face of the transition. You’ll also work closely with the client team to support operational tasks, helping to shape a workplace that’s not just functional, but inspiring.

Hours: 40 hours per week, varying shifts between 7am-7pm, Mon-Fri.
Salary: £35,500


Qualifications


We’re looking for relatable, personable people with a strong customer-first mindset and solid experience in a structured customer service role.

You’ll need to be comfortable in managing your time, prioritising tasks, and handling queries with professionalism and empathy.

An understanding of working in a law firm is a bonus.

Group interviews will be held from late September to early October as part of the selection process.
