Job Overview

We are looking for a hardworking and ambitious Trainee Assistant Centre Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our learning centre in Wokingham.

This is a training-focused role with a clear pathway to a full-time Assistant Centre Manager position for the right candidate, subject to performance and centre growth. Full training will be provided.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and not afraid to learn systems and processes, with a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily centre operations and administration
  • Maintain student records, folders, and progress updates
  • Assist with parent communication and general enquiries
  • Prepare learning materials and support assessments
  • Support marketing activities and social media content
  • Provide general operational support to the centre team

Instructional leadership and staff management responsibilities will be introduced gradually during training.
