Receptionist

Dinwiddy House, London, N1

£25,312 - £26,644 per annum

35 hours per week

We have an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Accommodation Management team, based at Dinwiddy House in London. You will work in a challenging and varied environment that has great scope for development. You will be the first line of contact at reception providing excellent customer service in addition to completing a variety of administrative tasks

The role of Receptionist will include:

  • Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries
  • Provide customers and staff with clear guidance, information and practical advice on reception services
  • Support the delivery of high quality customer service by resolving problems or setting into motion the means of resolution
  • Support the maintenance of effective filing systems, database records and processes that enable the accurate recording and timely provision of information

Skills and experiences:

  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
  • Good communication skills and working knowledge of effective communication at all levels
  • Proven experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
  • Experience of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
