We're currently recruiting a dedicated Catering Administrator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 22.5 hours per week.

As a Catering Administrator, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. In return, you will have the chance to progress your career with a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.

Please note: This role is contracted to 50 weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner
  • Attending meetings and note taking
  • Keeping the office tidy and presentable always
  • Ordering stationery and supplies when needed
  • Supporting staff by undertaking ad-hoc projects when needed
  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Answering email queries, usually through a central inbox
