Estamos contratando um Supervisor de Manutenção Offshore com experiência comprovada em plataformas jack-up para liderar nossas atividades de manutenção em ambiente offshore. Procuramos um profissional com perfil técnico, liderança proativa e foco em segurança e confiabilidade operacional.

Responsabilidades:
  • Supervisionar e coordenar as atividades de manutenção preventiva e corretiva em equipamentos e sistemas da plataforma.
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos planos de manutenção e dos padrões técnicos exigidos.
  • Liderar equipes multidisciplinares, promovendo um ambiente seguro e colaborativo.
  • Realizar inspeções, diagnósticos e relatórios técnicos.
  • Interagir com outras áreas operacionais para garantir a continuidade das atividades.
Requisitos:
  • Experiência comprovada como Supervisor de Manutenção em plataformas jack-up.
  • Formação técnica ou superior em Engenharia, Mecânica, Elétrica ou áreas correlatas.
  • Certificações obrigatórias para atuação offshore (HUET, CBSP).
  • Conhecimento em sistemas hidráulicos, elétricos, mecânicos e de controle.
  • Habilidades de liderança, organização e tomada de decisão.
Local de trabalho: Offshore – Brasil Tipo de contrato: CLT
