Full job description

We are seeking an experienced 2nd Engineer (2/E) to join our offshore Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) team in Aberdeen, UK. This role involves working collaboratively to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of vessel machinery and equipment.

  • Assist the Chief Engineer in monitoring the propulsion plant and machinery.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all engine room equipment.
  • Attend to any repairs or faults promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Valid 2nd Engineer Unlimited license.
  • Previous experience on Offshore Supply Vessels is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of engine room operations and emergency procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
