We have the opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Business Transformation department here at Tokio Marine Kiln . Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, you will contribute to the strategic objectives of TMK through the delivery of change. You will work alongside BAs and Senior BAs to act as an intermediary between the business users and the technical teams to capture business requirements and design processes solutions.

The role includes responsibility for:
Supporting the Senior BA and BA, while building meaningful and sustainable relationships with internal and external teams throughout the lifecycle of a project

Documenting proposals for change, under the direction of the senior BA. Helping to shape the the idea, business drivers, benefits and desired outcomes working closely with the originator of the proposal

Assisting the requirements gathering process, working with business stakeholders and/or vendors/3rd parties to ensure outcomes are clearly understood

Working to the business analysis approach for the project / programme which has been set out by the Senior BA.

Working with the senior BA on the delivery of analysis for any assigned project, providing a high quality BA service to the Project Manager and business stakeholders

Identifying stakeholders impacted by change to ensure business expectations are managed through timely communications and business readiness for change is fully understood

Documenting current state and/or future business processes as required to identify potential opportunities for improvement with the business owners

Working with the senior BA and business stakeholders to help identify potential benefits that can be achieved by the change

Working with integration partners to deliver solutions, including offshore teams and multiple 3rd parties

Reviewing test scripts to ensure adequate coverage of the business requirements and support business users through business readiness activities, user acceptance testing, go live and project warranty period

The successful candidate will have knowledge of general insurance (preferably London market) and will have a general understanding of project life cycle. We are looking for someone confident who has excellent communication skills, who is also curious with an analytical mindset.
