Stockport Academy is an oversubscribed secondary school in Greater Manchester that has been recently recognised as Secondary School of the Year at the MEN Schools Awards.

We are looking to recruit outstanding and enthusiastic practitioners who are innovative and supportive as a Learning Resource Centre Manager to join an established English and Literacy team to support literacy and a love of reading, to inspire students aged 11 – 16 to achieve their full potential and continue their enjoyment of school.
