Full job description

Job type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Remote (UK), with 10–20% travel to client sites

The company

Kybos is a software partner that sells and implements Jedox, a leading financial planning and analytics platform. Our founders have set up and grown software partnerships before, and Kybos has quickly become the leading UK Jedox partner.

We're a small, close-knit team, so every person here makes a real difference. We want a consultant who wants to build a long-term career with us: someone who will grow with the business, become a trusted adviser to our clients, and help shape how Kybos delivers.

The role

As a Senior Consultant, you'll work directly with clients to understand their planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting challenges. You'll then design and build the solutions that fix them. You'll own delivery from the first workshop to go-live and beyond.

  • Design and build Jedox solutions for clients (full product training provided if you come from another EPM platform)
  • Run discovery sessions and workshops to understand client goals, processes and pain points
  • Turn finance requirements into robust, well-structured models
  • Advise clients on best practice in FP&A processes, reporting and operations
  • Manage implementations end to end: scope, plan, timelines and client expectations
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports and recommendations
  • Build lasting client relationships that lead to repeat work and referrals
  • Keep up to date with EPM trends, product developments and emerging technologies

About you

  • Proven experience in a client-facing consulting role, ideally implementing EPM / CPM solutions
  • Hands-on Jedox experience is ideal. Experience with similar platforms (e.g. Anaplan, Board, Adaptive Insights, Planful, OneStream, Pigment, IBM Planning Analytics / TM1) is highly relevant
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes (budgeting, forecasting, management reporting)
  • An accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is a significant advantage
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Confident communicator who can work with both finance leaders and technical teams
  • Able to manage several projects at once and keep them on track
  • Comfortable working on your own and as part of a small team
  • Knowledge of APIs, HTML, SQL or basic PHP is a plus

What we offer

  • A senior role with genuine influence in a growing, specialist business
  • A long-term career with a stable, supportive team, not a stepping stone
  • Remote working with a sensible level of travel (10-20%)
  • Varied work across a range of clients and industries
  • Competitive salary of £80,000–£100,000 depending on experience

Please note: You must be based in the UK, already have the right to work here, and be able to travel to client sites across the UK. We are unable to sponsor work visas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £80,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in United Kingdom
