Full job description

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-driven Ecommerce Lister to support our growing online retail operation.

This is an exciting opportunity to help maximise the value of stock, increase online engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day operations across four online selling platforms
  • Creating high quality, accurate product listings with SEO-optimised descriptions.
  • Responding to customer queries and order amendments with a solution-focused approach, helping us maintain our strong 97% positive feedback rating.
  • Photographing and editing items to a professional standard for ecommerce and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitoring platform analytics, conversion rates, trends, and seller performance to drive sales.
  • Handling stock from sourcing and research through to picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Maintaining an efficient SKU-based stock management system to reduce returns and order errors.
  • Working towards sales targets and tracking progress using Excel.
  • Collaborating with the managers to coordinate stock flow and marketing opportunities.
  • Generating new ideas to maximise revenue.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing large volumes of listings and stock
  • Confident using eBay, tik-tok, whatnot, Vinted.
  • A strong communicator and team collaborator
  • Creative, with experience in photography and photo editing
  • Proactive in identifying sales opportunities and improving processes
  • Customer focused with a positive, problem solving mindset

Desirable Skills

  • Ecommerce listing experience
  • Product photography & editing
  • Stock management
  • Sales data analysis
  • Copywriting for product descriptions
  • Clean driving licence

Qualifications & Background

  • Experience in ecommerce, retail, photography, or digital content creation
  • Creative degree or relevant training (e.g., Photography BA)
