eCommerce & Performance Marketing Strategist

Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head of Marketing

Location: Hybrid/Remote

At Stashed, we believe growth should be both measurable and meaningful. As eCommerce & Performance Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for turning interest into conversion — driving direct-to-consumer revenue through paid media, CRM, and on-site optimisation. You will play a vital role in helping more cyclists discover our market leading SpaceRail system and convert with confidence.

Role Summary:
The eCommerce & Performance Marketing Strategist is responsible for driving direct-to-consumer revenue through digital acquisition and retention. You will own the paid media strategy, oversee Klaviyo CRM activity, and continuously optimise the Shopify storefront. You will report on performance regularly, work closely with agencies and internal teams, and act as a data-first growth partner to the brand.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage all paid media channels (Meta, Google, Pinterest) including campaign setup with our agencies, optimisation, and performance reporting
  • Own email marketing strategy via Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, testing, segmentation)
  • Manage and report on affiliate, influencer, and referral traffic
  • Drive CRO initiatives using analytics tools, user feedback, and landing page experimentation and A/B testing
  • Own web performance and AOV tactics (cross-sell, upsell, bundles, digital merchandising)
  • Coordinate SEO activity and technical improvements to drive long-term organic growth
  • Act as the main contact for digital and performance marketing agencies

Experience & Skills Required:

  • 3–5 years in a digital marketing role with a focus on performance media and CRM
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Klaviyo
  • Confident managing budgets, ROAS, CPA and reporting dashboards
  • Experience working with CRO tools and running A/B testing
  • Analytical mindset, fluent in Excel/Sheets, and capable of interpreting data into action
  • Collaborative team player who can balance technical depth with a highly commercial lens

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Company pension
