About Aryx Education

Aryx Education is a growing online tutoring venture based in Dubai, on offering personalised 1:1 lessons to GCSE, A-Level and IB students.

Our teaching approach is built around three principles: constant active recall, mark scheme-based learning and personalisation to each student's needs. We believe effective tutoring comes from really getting to know a student and understanding their most efficient learning style, and adapting lessons to help them build confidence and achieve stronger results.

With growing demand for our lessons, we're looking to bring on a small number of exceptional tutors as soon as possible who share our values and can build lasting relationships with students.

Current Vacancies

We are actively recruiting for:

• A-Level Economics: 2 tutors
• A-Level Mathematics: 1 tutor

We particularly welcome applications from tutors who can teach both subjects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging 1:1 online lessons tailored to individual students.
• Use active recall and exam-board mark schemes to reinforce understanding and improve exam performance.
• Adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and abilities.
• Prepare lessons around students' strengths, weaknesses and academic goals.
• Provide regular feedback and maintain consistent weekly lessons.

Requirements

• Strong academic knowledge of A-Level Economics and/or Mathematics.
• University Degree from a reputable institution.
• Previous tutoring experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Patience, reliability and a genuine interest in student development.
• Ability to commit to regular weekly sessions.
