We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Clinical Case Teaching Coordinator to join our dynamic Education Operations team at City St George’s, University of London.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating the review and publication of clinical cases
- Supporting tutor recruitment, training, and peer review
- Organising meetings and briefings for case writers and tutors
- Managing online platforms and databases
- Collecting and analysing feedback to improve learning outcomes
Who You’ll Work With:
You’ll collaborate with academic and clinical colleagues, NHS partners, and internal teams including Registry and Curriculum Development. You’ll also be part of a wider professional community supporting student and academic administration across the university.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong administrative experience and attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication with diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexible, empathetic, and committed to continuous improvement
