Full job description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Clinical Case Teaching Coordinator to join our dynamic Education Operations team at City St George’s, University of London.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating the review and publication of clinical cases
  • Supporting tutor recruitment, training, and peer review
  • Organising meetings and briefings for case writers and tutors
  • Managing online platforms and databases
  • Collecting and analysing feedback to improve learning outcomes

Who You’ll Work With:

You’ll collaborate with academic and clinical colleagues, NHS partners, and internal teams including Registry and Curriculum Development. You’ll also be part of a wider professional community supporting student and academic administration across the university.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong administrative experience and attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communication with diverse stakeholders
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Flexible, empathetic, and committed to continuous improvement
