As a family business, we strive to create a nurturing environment for our staff to grow and excel. We invest the time and effort to support all our staff to continue their professional development through our excellent, newly refurbished training company, Montessori Apprentice Academy.

Main Duties:

As a Nursery Volunteer, you will support the staff team in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children aged 2–5 years. Your role will include:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities alongside the staff team
  • Assisting with children’s care routines, including mealtimes, personal care, and providing comfort when needed

What we can offer you:

Access to the following professional development training through our training academy if you become employed as a permanent team member:

  • Level 2 Nursery Practitioner Apprenticeship
  • Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner
  • Level 5 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner
  • Montessori Diploma
  • Montessori Apparatus Workshops (9-day course)
  • Access to industry leading CPD courses and regular online workshops

We have 3 other branches so it is possible that you will be able to transfer to one of these branches should your voluntary work with our Wembley branch be successful.

Additional Perks:

  • Termly team bonding events, as well as our annual Christmas & Summer party.
  • Clear onboarding program
  • Attendance to our annual Professional Development Day, receiving expert-led workshops from award winning trainers
  • Free Uniform and DBS
