Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially focused Management Consultant / Business Analyst to assist in driving the company's strategic growth, optimizing operations, and managing risks in the MEAN and East Asia markets.

This role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders to assess business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency, governance, and profitability. The position is critical in advising management on key strategic, financial, business support, and operational decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Advisory

  • Examine business processes, organizational structures, and operational performance to pinpoint inefficiencies, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Collect, analyze, and assess both quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases, reports, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.

Strategy & Transformation

  • Assist in the development and execution of business strategies, transformation programs, and change initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, governance structures, and operational controls.
  • Perform market, competitor, and industry analysis to support long-term strategic planning.

Risk & Performance Analysis

  • Identify, evaluate, and monitor business, operational, and financial risks.
  • Assist in the design and review of risk management frameworks and internal control systems.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured consulting mindset.
  • Skilled in interpreting complex data and transforming insights into practical business recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Extensive experience working in new and emerging regions, particularly in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and East Asia, with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural business practices, and local regulatory environments.
  • Proven expertise in management consulting, business analysis, strategy development, or risk analysis.

Desirable

  • Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, fintech, or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of business transformation, operational efficiency, and risk management frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £52,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
