As a Senior Project Analyst on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, you’ll play a key role in driving transformation across our Supply Chain and Service Operations business areas. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you’ll deliver robust PMO support within your assigned delivery areas, ensuring projects run smoothly and strategically.

Your expertise in project analysis, governance, and stakeholder engagement will help shape and implement change initiatives that make a real impact. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver transformation.

This role involves regular travel to our Newark Campus in Nottinghamshire. The frequency will vary depending on the project stage. Early and mid-project phases typically 1–2 days per week and key delivery milestones up to 3–4 days per week. All travel expenses will be fully covered.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Scoping projects, developing and maintaining plans, budgets, and resource models; monitoring performance against KPIs.
  • Managing risk and issue logs, coordinating escalations, and ensuring compliance with PMO standards through governance forums and decision gates.
  • Delivering dashboards and executive updates; tracking dependencies and supporting resolution across cross-functional teams.
  • Supporting change control processes, assess impacts, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to embed changes effectively.
  • Promoting PMO best practices, developing templates, and driving process improvements through lessons learned and mentoring.

You will need:

  • Significant experience in project analytics, delivery, or PMO roles, ideally within large-scale change or transformation environments.
  • Strong analytical and financial tracking capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail and high-quality documentation standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills—comfortable delivering executive-level updates and detailed analysis to senior leaders.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and experience with PMO software such as Planview, Jira, and Confluence.

It would be great if you had:

  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or P3O.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Automation and experience in complex transformation projects.

We know our people are the secret to our success. That’s why we’re always looking for ways to reward great work. You’ll find a host of benefits designed to work for you, including:

  • Performance related bonus.
  • Competitive pension scheme.
  • Product discounts on the latest tech.
  • A range of wellbeing initiatives.
