Are you looking for a new challenge in 2026?

This is your chance to join Lynch Live Commerce LTD, one of the UK’s fastest growing vintage live commerce businesses, at an exciting stage of growth.

We run a high-volume laundrette that supports our wholesale vintage operation. Thousands of vintage items move through the unit every week, all requiring sorting, stain treatment, washing, grading, and preparation for resale. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role and consistency matters.

Please read this job advert fully before applying. Applications that do not meet the essential requirements will not be considered.

You may also be required to assist with stock collection and movement using your own vehicle, with all expenses reimbursed. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable working to fixed hours in a growing business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Treating and removing stains using the provided products and processes
  • Grading items to quality standards
  • Operating domestic washing machines and dryers
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient laundrette
  • Collecting and moving stock/ products when required

What we’re looking for

  • Reliable, punctual and consistent
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
  • Detail-focused with a good eye for quality
  • Physically able to handle repetitive tasks
  • Switched-on and proactive, able to spot issues before they become problems
  • A clear and confident communicator who can flag concerns and ask the right questions
  • Able to see the bigger picture and understand how their role impacts the wider operation
  • Strong planning and time management skills, able to prioritise tasks and hit deadlines
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Previous laundrette or garment care experience is a bonus but not essential

Full training is provided.
