Job Summary

We are an event hire business providing interactive experiences such as the VogueBox, 360 PhotoPod, Pancake Hearts Station, and more. We are looking for reliable, friendly, and hands-on team members to assist with setting up, operating, and packing down our equipment at weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and private parties.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working in different locations, and helping create memorable event experiences.
Immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to event locations across the region (driving required)
  • Set up and pack down event equipment (360 PhotoPod, VogueBox, Pancake Hearts Station, etc.)
  • Safely lift, move, and assemble event equipment (some heavy lifting required)
  • Operate equipment confidently throughout events
  • Deliver excellent customer service to guests and clients
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues on-site
  • Maintain equipment to a high standard
  • Work independently or as part of a small team

Requirements

  • Must be able to drive and travel to different locations
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with guests
  • Physically capable of lifting and handling event equipment
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • Full UK driving licence required

Preferred (Not Essential)

  • Previous event or hospitality experience
  • Experience with photo booths or event equipment
  • Basic technical confidence (cameras, lighting, stands, iPads, etc.)
