Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Community Integrated Care is currently seeking an exceptional and highly accomplished leader as Head of Operations for Scotland, South & Central regions.

The Head of Operations will be responsible for the direct line management of the regional and registered managers in Scotland, South and Central regions, who provide leadership and direct line management to a group of Service Leaders that have responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of services. You will also be responsible for the operational performance of all services within South and Central regions, leading the regional teams to ensure achievement of the regional objectives, delivering against contractual requirements and strategic objectives, in budget and within all quality, legal, and regulatory compliance standards.

With the ability to lead and inspire, the successful candidate will have knowledge of CI regulations, frameworks and inspection process and the care sector including regulatory and contractual frameworks and relevant legislation.

You will have knowledge and an understand of the needs of people we support and good breadth and depth of knowledge of personalisation and inclusion agendas.

37.5 hours per week - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with some flexibility, option of 4 day working week

This role can be based within the Central Belt of Scotland and the successful candidate may be required to travel to regional offices across this region.
