Full job description

General Manager, Social Commerce Operations & Logistics

London (Shoreditch) · Full-time · With a clear path to a global role

Own and scale the engine room of one of the fastest-growing global social-commerce platforms.

creativehub.io turns artists and creators into thriving online businesses. They upload and drop their work, market it across socials, and we handle everything that happens after the “buy” button: on-demand production, quality, packing and worldwide shipping. We’re built on theprintspace, Europe’s most trusted fine-art print operation (4.9★ from 10,000+ reviews), and we’re expanding fast; new product lines, new markets, new countries. Social commerce is booming, and we’re scaling to meet it.

We’re looking for the operator who can run and scale that engine.

This isn’t a keep-the-lights-on job. You’ll own the UK operation end to end — people, process, logistics, supply chain, quality and cost — and run it the way a modern operation should be run: to data, to dashboards and to clear, owned KPIs.

What you'll own

  • A multi-disciplinary team of permanent and freelance specialists — building, cross-skilling, developing and holding them to a high standard.
  • The processes and systems that keep high volumes of on-demand orders flowing on time, in full and on margin.
  • A single, succinct set of dashboards — production and revenue — that tells everyone how the operation is really performing.
  • Supply chain, stock and equipment, so we never run out and never erode margin.
  • Quality and defect rates — catching problems before they ever reach a customer.

You'll thrive here if you

  • Lead people brilliantly — and build teams and systems that run reliably without you.
  • Decide by building a model: facing a big call, your instinct is to open a spreadsheet and run the scenarios, not to weigh it up in your head.
  • Read targets as a scoreboard, not a stick.
  • Spot the problem five days early and turn up with the solution.
  • Are calm under load and quietly relentless about getting it right.

The opportunity

We expect to grow roughly 10x over the next couple of years, and we’re building a global operations function as we go. This role is the launchpad: as we scale internationally, there’s a clear path from running the UK operation to a broader, global remit.

It’s also about as future-proof as an operations job gets — a software-forward business, in a booming social-commerce sector, where your job is to build the system and lead the people. You don’t need a printing or fine-art background; the craft is learnable and we’ll teach it. What we’re looking for is world-class management and operational leadership and a data-first mind.

Apply

Skip the generic cover letter. Send us a 5 minute video telling us why you are applying for this role, and tell us about a complex operational problem, and exactly what you did about it.

Apply by sending your CV and video to georgia.merchant@theprintspace.com
