Location: London, UK

About Bay Dining

Bay Dining is an innovative Vietnamese food producer based in SE15 London, dedicated to crafting high-quality products for retailers and restaurants across the UK. As we continue to expand our reach and reputation, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and drive excellence across every aspect of our production and supply chain.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be central to overseeing the day-to-day running of our production facility, ensuring our standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are always met. You will lead production team, optimise processes, and implement strategies to support Bay Dining’s growth and uphold our reputation for outstanding food products.

Key Responsibilities

· Implement and manage production schedules, inventory, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products

· Oversee all aspects of operations, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution

· Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures for increased efficiency

· Maintain records and compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and environmental impact

· Lead, support, and develop a team of Vietnamese cooks and kitchen assistants.

· Collaborate with sales and admin to optimise workflow and product consistency

· Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers

· Prepare and manage budgets, analyse performance metrics, and report to senior management

· Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions

Person Specification

· Demonstrable experience in food production or manufacturing operations management

· Strong leadership abilities

· Good organisational and analytical skills

· In-depth understanding of food safety and regulatory standards

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
