Monarch is a reputable company in the water distribution industry, with over 50 years of experience in providing water softeners. We are delighted to welcome an enthusiastic and friendly Operations Administrator to join our busy team based in Diss. Working within our operations team, you will be responsible for compiling and completing ESG regulatory data, ISO admin, fleet administration, reporting etc whilst providing general admin support to the operations team as required.

We are looking for someone who is a strong team player, with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. You should be able to handle customer queries efficiently, promote Monarch's products and services, and work well under pressure. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential for this role.

Requirements

What this role involves:

  • ISO/ QMS Administration
  • Environmental reporting
  • Admin duties surrounding our fleet of vehicles - both Vans & Cars
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Health and Safety monitoring and reporting
  • Providing relevant support to the Operations Team
  • Processing documentation whilst actively looking to improve ways of working

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in QMS administration.
  • Environmental reporting experience would be an advantageous
  • Good working knowledge of Office and Excel is essential.
  • Microsoft Visio experience would be an advantageous
  • Attention to detail.
  • Open to new ways of working whilst embracing exciting new products, services and technology as we grow and develop the business.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing workplace.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
