Full job description

Alexandra Dental Practice is looking for a charismatic, friendly and highly motivated Specialist Dental Nurse to join our expanding team.

Our private clinic is a modern and spacious seven-surgery practice, designed to support high-quality clinical care in a comfortable working environment.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a dental nurse with a strong interest or experience in specialist dentistry, working closely with our clinicians across multiple disciplines, including:

  • Endodontics
  • Oral Surgery
  • Periodontology
  • Prosthodontics
  • Orthodontics
  • Dental Implants
  • Conscious Sedation

You will play a key role in supporting specialist clinicians and delivering outstanding patient care. Additional training can be provided for the right candidate who is keen to develop their skills further.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position
  • Alternate Saturdays (when required)

About You

You will be:

  • Passionate about specialist dentistry
  • A strong team player who works collaboratively
  • Professional, organised, and patient-focused
  • Confident assisting with complex procedures or eager to learn
  • Enthusiastic about continued professional development

Experience with SOE dental software is desirable, but full training will be provided if needed.

Requirements

  • GDC registered Dental Nurse (preferred)
  • Previous dental nursing experience (1 year preferred)
  • All relevant healthcare immunisations required (e.g. Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis)
  • Driving licence preferred

Pay: from 15.50ph dependant on experience
