Full job description

Exciting opportunities for QA Operatives for Cranswick Gourmet Bacon (Sherburn site) have arisen.

Main duties include:

· Generation and maintenance of sample collection plan

· Sample loading on lab system, maintenance of schedules

· Generation and maintenance of taste panel Rota and inputting results

· Paperwork review, completion, and filing

· Issuing of retail price list

· Update and maintain weekly code calendar

· Completion of weekly fridge and water temperature checks

· Hand swab sampling; as per required frequency

· Water sample collection; as per required frequency

· Cover brine sample collection as and when required

· Probe calibration; as per required frequency

· Packaging audit; as per required frequency

· Area audits to cover; GMP, CCPs, Procedure adherence, Traceability, Batch numbers, PPE, integrity, Equipment adherence, Foreign bodies (this list is not exhaustive)

· Check weighing download information
