IFGlobal is a fast growing 3PL and fulfilment business with operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a brand-new, state of the art warehouse at Aviation Park West, we’re scaling fast, and we want people who want to grow with us.


We’re looking for a hands on Deputy Warehouse Manager who takes ownership, leads from the front, and pushes beyond “good enough.” If you thrive in a fast paced environment and believe the best results come from strong teams, this role is for you.


The Role


Owning It


You’ll take full responsibility for day-to-day warehouse performance, from inbound to outbound, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Step up with confidence, stay resilient under pressure, and continuously drive improvements, keeping KPIs on track and maintaining compliance and site standards.


Succeeding Together
You’ll work side by side with supervisors and operatives, inspiring, engaging, and empowering your team. You’ll build a culture that supports each other, hits targets, and drives everyone to succeed together, ensuring smooth end to end warehouse operations.


Going Above & Beyond
You’ll raise standards, challenge inefficiencies, and take initiative to exceed expectations. You’ll deliver exceptional service for our clients while learning and improving by doing, ensuring order accuracy, retailer compliance, and ensuring productivity remains at the highest level.


Working Pattern

  • 6:00am – 3:00pm
  • 8-hour shifts on a rota across Sunday to Saturday
  • 40 hours per week
