Full job description

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. Working this fixed weekly pattern, you'll provide essential administrative support to our finance team. This is an in-person role, based at our premises in Aldershot.

Accuracy is essential in this role, and you'll play an important part in ensuring paperwork, records and day-to-day administrative tasks are completed correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the finance team
  • Liaising with colleagues to obtain and verify information relating to customer orders
  • Preparing customer invoices
  • Entering purchase invoices
  • Maintaining accurate electronic and paper records
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and emails

About You

You'll be someone who:

  • Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work
  • Has previous office administration experience
  • Is highly organised and able to manage routine administrative tasks efficiently
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Communicates professionally and works well as part of a team
  • Is reliable, proactive and comfortable working in a dog-friendly office environment (we have a small, very friendly office dog)
