Overview
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telesales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to engage potential customers effectively. This role involves reaching out to our clients, promoting our products to maximise on the sales potential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to promote our products .
- Engage in meaningful conversations with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Utilise software tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions.

Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with exciting and potential customers.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
