The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth — engaging with potential customers, identifying interest, and generating qualified leads for our solar energy consultants. You will play a key role by getting leads while earning great rewards for your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Engage confidently and professionally with decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads and book appointments for our solar specialists.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous telesales or call centre experience preferred (but not essential — full training provided).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
