Full job description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef/Cook to join our team at a well-established Bar in Birmingham. As a team member, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook delicious meals according to the Bar's menu and standards.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area (Maintain SFBB folders)
- Inventory management and stock control.
- Active approach to ensure Hygiene Standards set out by FSA are adhered to and upheld.
- Implementation and maintenance of food hygiene systems.

Qualifications:

- Entry-level qualifications: We welcome candidates with a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn. Formal culinary training is not mandatory; however, any relevant experience or certifications will be considered a plus.
- Minimum of Level 2 Food Safety certificate
