Self-Employed Cleaner Required – Communal Areas (Northampton)

We are seeking a reliable self-employed cleaner to provide regular cleaning services for communal kitchen and common areas at two neighbouring properties in Northampton:

  • Abington Square Court (ASC) – student accommodation
  • Orient House (OH) – residential flats

Hours:

  • Approximately 6–8 hours per week
  • Flexible days and times (to be agreed)

Scope of work includes:

  • Cleaning communal kitchens (worktops, sinks, hobs, floors, bins)
  • Cleaning common areas and corridors
  • Wiping down high-touch surfaces
  • Maintaining a clean, hygienic standard throughout shared spaces

Requirements:

  • Self-employed status (own UTR)
  • Own cleaning equipment and products
  • Previous cleaning experience preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Professional and respectful around residents
