Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a one bedroom apartment. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and commercial spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitise bathrooms.
  • To take home linens and towels, wash them ready for next use
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and health guidelines to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • A proactive attitude towards tasks with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • To be flexilble and avaiable between 11am and 3pm 7 days a week, (although you will not be working 7 days a week.)
