Job Title: Warehouse Operative & Customer Service Assistant

Location: Cheltenham
Hours: 35+ per week

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative & Customer Service Assistant. This is a varied role combining light warehouse duties with customer service support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a high standard of customer service
  • Assisting with packing, labelling, and preparing orders
  • Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate records
  • Undertaking light warehouse duties (non-strenuous)
  • General support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Strong emailing and communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable with light physical tasks
  • Week days and Saturdays. Closed Sundays
