Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at Willington Care Village. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to patients and support the medical team in delivering excellent healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct resident assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team
- Assist in medical procedures and examinations
- Maintain accurate resident records and ensure confidentiality of medical information
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse qualification with current NMC registration
- Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting
- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care

Duties

  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care procedures, and healthcare regulations
  • Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in busy settings
  • Experience developing and implementing individualized care plans for diverse patient populations
  • Certification as required by local licensing authorities (e.g., RN license)
