We are on the lookout for an outgoing, polite and friendly receptionist to join us at Tencreek Holiday Park.

This is a part time role. 3 days per week.

You maybe required to work weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering excellent customer service for our guests.
  • Answering the telephone and general enquiries
  • Checking guests in and out
  • Responding to emails
  • Create bookings and taking payments
  • Record data
  • Filing, printing and scanning
  • Helping to ensure safety of customers and staff

Successful candidate:

  • Be friendly and approachable
  • Good oral/written communication skills
  • A flexible approach, with the ability to use own initiative
  • An organised approach. Able to prioritise tasks as necessary
  • Strong IT skills
