Retail & Repair Sales Assistant – Fone Galaxy
Join our team at Fone Galaxy, where we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and high-quality repairs. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to support the store manager and colleagues in achieving sales and service targets.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out and assist with repairs on phones, tablets, and watches.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and product advice.
- Operate the till accurately and efficiently.
- Maximise sales by recommending additional products and services.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally.
- Help maintain stock, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales and profit goals.
What we’re looking for:
- Passion for great customer service.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Experience or strong interest in phone, tablet, and watch repairs.
- Flexible and reliable, with availability on weekends.
