Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and reliable Painter & Decorators to join our team to complete decorating work in the following locations- Nottingham. The successful candidates will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to ceilings, walls and woodwork, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming prior to painting or decorating
  • Apply paint, varnish, wallpaper, and other finishes using brushes, rollers
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and suppliers regarding project progress and requirements
  • Assist in the planning and organising of decorating schedules for multiple projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience in painting and decorating
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to painting and decorating tasks
