Based at: JT Hughes Shrewsbury, 5 Battlefield Road, SY1 3BD

Reports to: Aftersales Manager

Job Purpose: To support the Aftersales Team

Schedule: Monday-Friday 08.00am-5.30pm (60 min lunch break)

Saturdays 08.30am-12.30pm on a rota basis (typically 1 in 4)

Salary: £28,585.45 per annum + bonus opportunity

We have a new opportunity for a Service-Parts Advisor. We are ideally looking for an experienced Service Advisor, who will have at least 2 years' experience in customer service role. A full training programme will be provided to ensure you reach the standards we expect.

Key Responsibilities: To provide full support to our Aftersales Department, including Service and Parts. Duties will include assisting customers both in person and over the telephone, recording customer requirements in a professional and courteous manner, booking vehicles into the workshop, arranging service loan vehicles, processing customer invoices, and supporting parts enquiries, orders and stock-related administration to ensure excellent customer service throughout the aftersales experience.

Skills required: The successful candidate will be extremely enthusiastic, organised and confident enough to ask for help if you don’t understand. You will have great attention to detail and always willing to go that extra mile. You must be an excellent communicator and it is essential that you are a team player. You must possess a desire to learn and develop your skills.

You will have a passion to deliver a high standard of customer service, be extremely driven. Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills. Full UK Driving Licence
