What makes this role exciting

CloudPay is looking for an EMEA Payroll Specialist to ensure timely and accurate preparation of the monthly payrolls by our local Partner Network for our EMEA based clients. Respond to any enquiries from clients, providers or colleagues regarding these payrolls and provide ad-hoc duties as needed.
Full training is provided.

Main responsibilities

  • Communication between client and Payroll Providers regarding their payrolls

  • Check monthly payroll reports from Payroll Providers

  • Ensure all timelines are met

  • Regularly report back to the EMEA Payroll Supervisor

  • Recommend departmental specific procedures and implement those that are approved

  • Delivery of QA compliance and process

Experience needed for this role

  • Excellent time management, administration skills and attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines

  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, email and internet

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
