We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales colleague to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing excellent service, and promoting our products effectively, on occasion there keyholder duties may be required due to the nature of keyholder responsibilities applicants must be 18+

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services
• Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries confidently
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Manage stock levels and organise stock replenishment efficiently
• Handle phone enquiries with professionalism and courtesy using proper phone etiquette
• Organise and prioritise daily tasks to ensure smooth store operations
• Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Keyholder responsibility on occasion

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts
• Knowledge of merchandising principles to enhance product presentation
• Ability to upsell products to maximise sales potential
• Good organisational skills to keep the workspace tidy and efficient
• Professional phone etiquette when dealing with customer enquiries or follow-ups
• Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating flexibility and reliability

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
