Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House / Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, delivering excellent service to our guests. You will be responsible for creating a friendly atmosphere, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front-of-house area. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is advantageous but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic team while providing memorable experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable upon arrival
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve drinks and meals in accordance with health and safety standards
  • Handle cash and card transactions with precision using POS systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area
  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, serving, or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
  • Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure during busy hours
  • A courteous attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required; full-time or part-time positions available
