We are recruiting a new member to join our team. It is a full-time position that is available and you will be required to work both weekdays and weekends. Our brand has been established for 15 years. In order to maintain our high level of standards, reliability, great communication skills, and good sense of aesthetic/style and grooming is essential.

This is a full-time position and you will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selections.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
