RaceTrack is an ambitious and reputable Petrol Station Retailer with stores situated in various locations throughout Glasgow.

We are responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring our customers shopping needs are exceeded and building lasting relationships.

Our ultimate goals are to always ensure our customers are provided with a world class shopping experience and to continue to grow at an exceptional rate.

Position: Retail Site Manager

The role involves:

- Managing the demands of a fast paced and busy retail site.

- Ensuring your team provides excellent customer service at all times

- Securing and exceeding store sales

- Training and developing your team through feedback.

- Scheduling according to operational needs.

- Building strong customer relationships to continue growth.

- Maintaining high standards of the site including back of house

- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times

- Determining marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.

- Manual stock ordering.

About you:

· A role model for your team through your leadership skills

· A passion for providing the highest level of customer experience

· Driven to achieve business goals in an efficient and effective manner

· Able to analyse figures and execute plans accordingly

· A positive and ambitious attitude in order to constantly progress
