Full job description

Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and an equestrian background, the Equestrian Photoshoot Producer oversees the end-to-end logistics of photoshoots, from receiving the job brief through to final sign-off.

Working closely with the photographer and collaborating across departments, the role ensures all creative outcomes align with the brand, are delivered on time, and meet the project brief. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery of final projects to deadline is essential.

As the primary point of contact for all photography collaborators, the Equestrian Photoshoot Producer builds and maintains strong relationships with venues, models, riders, and sponsored riders. They proactively source new locations, talent, and opportunities to support creative objectives and achieve agreed outcomes.

JOB ROLE

  • Research, organise and facilitate the studio and location shoots
  • Own the shoot schedule
  • Plan-in shoots as they are briefed via Trello
  • Adhere to timelines/deadlines
  • Ensure all post-production parties meet the deadlines for final visual assets
  • Communicate plans with the Marketing Manager and Photographers on a weekly basis
  • Organise multiple projects simultaneously
  • Draw up pre-production plans and shoot lists, write scripts for video
  • Direct the shoot plan, models, venues & animals in collaboration with the photographer
  • Source new models, riders, horses and venues
  • Engage and maintain relationships with riders, venues and collaborators
  • Build relationships with sponsored riders, seeking opportunities and managing expectations
  • Work alongside photographers on set of all photoshoots, both studio and on location
  • Carry out Risk Assessments for each shoot
  • Ensure all parties sign the relevant Image Release / Waiver forms
  • Administer renumeration for hire as necessary
  • Keep detailed records of shoots & costs, risk assessments & model release forms
  • Oversee product and samples ensuring they are kept in order
  • Maintain shoot prep area, clothing rails and storage ensuring good order
  • Maintain and replenish studio consumables
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure a consistent, on-brand visual identity
  • Manage receipts and provide orderly information for the accounts team
  • The job requires a reasonable level of fitness and ability to work outside of usual work hours as required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • A background in horse riding
  • Equestrian product knowledge

  • Ability to multi-task on multiple creative projects
  • Ability to work to a deadline and be flexible with work-flow and impromptu projects

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Basic image editing and reel making skills (Adobe Photoshop/Premier Pro)
  • Good grasp of Adobe Creative Cloud

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Due to the small size of the team the role is not limited to the job description described above and may expand depending on the candidate’s skill base and the future business plan. From time to time the candidate may be expected to work outside of their usual hours. The role base is at the Leominster head office and on location.

Pay: £27,500.00-£34,000.00 per year
