Marketing & Communications Executive (Part Time)

Location: St Asaph, North Wales
Hours: 20–30 hours per week (Flexible)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

K&C Construction is an ambitious residential and commercial construction company delivering high-quality developments across North Wales and the North West. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing & Communications Executive to take ownership of both our internal and external communications.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a genuine impact. You'll become the guardian of our brand, ensuring our communications are engaging, professional and consistent across every platform.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with all departments, you'll help showcase our projects, celebrate our people, strengthen our reputation and improve how we communicate with employees, customers, clients and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for planning, creating and delivering all company communications, including:

  • Managing the company website, ensuring content remains current, engaging and optimised.
  • Developing and delivering social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
  • Producing project news, company updates, employee stories and customer success stories.
  • Creating marketing materials including brochures, presentations, case studies and bid support documents.
  • Writing press releases and liaising with local media
  • Managing internal communications including newsletters, announcements and employee updates.
  • Reviewing and improving all communication channels and digital tools.
  • Maintaining consistent branding across all company documents and marketing collateral.
  • Organising photography and videography on projects.
  • Supporting community engagement, CSR activities and events.
  • Assisting with company events, awards submissions and industry exhibitions.
  • Monitoring marketing performance and recommending improvements.

We're looking for someone who has

  • Previous experience in marketing, communications or digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
  • Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS desirable).
  • Experience using social media professionally.
  • Good design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The confidence to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • An interest in construction, property or the build environment would be advantageous.
