Overview

Ria's is fresh on the London pizza scene, baking our signature Detroit-style pizza in the heart of Notting Hill. In the 12 months since launching we've been nominated as one of best new openings in 2024 by ShereLux, ranking in the top 50 UK pizza restaurants by The Times and top 3 in London TImeout.

It's an exciting opportunity to join our fast growing team as a Pizza Chef, working closely with the founders to continue to build a smooth kitchen operation and take Ria's to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes
  • Baking our signature Detroit style pizza’s
  • Work closely with our Head Chef as part of a small, but creative team
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Ensure that the kitchen meets food safety and hygiene standards
  • Running efficient and busy services

Experience / Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in restaurants, but for anyone keen to learn just click apply
  • Can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus under pressure
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Excited about working in a start-up environment and having opportunities to make an impact from the beginning
