Due to the Christmas period, applications will be reviewed week beginning 5th January 2026.

We are looking a flexible, punctual Production Operative with a can-do attitude to join a progressive Company that is growing and expanding.

If you are looking for great opportunity to join a successful growing business, working in a busy environment then we'd love to hear from you.

You will be primarily responsible for running our specialist automated machinery and tasked with getting the best numbers from them daily. Previous production experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Candidates must be prepared to work on a shift pattern (early start, evening finish e.g. 10.00pm, 12 hour shifts etc.) Exact details will be discussed at interview.

Activities include:

  • Running fully and semi automated machinery to produce hoses.
  • Other production activities including industrial bench assembly work.
  • To identify rejects and follow the quality procedures for rejecting goods.
  • Ensure the correct process flow is adopted.
  • Performance of basic machine maintenance.
  • Ensuring works orders are followed to avoid rejects and ensuring timely completion of jobs to a high standard.
  • Accurately record and enter individual throughput data on relevant paperwork and PC.
  • Ensure compliance to quality standards and procedures.
  • In support of Health & Safety procedures, at all times ensure that you conduct yourself in a manner safe to self and others.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
