Multi-Trader – Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance

Location: Kensington & Chelsea
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Benefits: Company van & fuel card | Pension | Life insurance | 23 days holiday + bank holidays

We’re looking for skilled Multi-Traders to join our team, carrying out repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Kensington & Chelsea.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for a variety of day-to-day works including:

  • Responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties
  • Delivering a high standard of work with a first-time fix focus
  • Working professionally in resident-facing environments
  • Completing job reports and updates accurately

Trade Skills Required

Applicants must be confident in at least 2 or more of the following trades (not all required):

  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Tiling
  • Plastering
  • Painting & Decorating

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Multi-Trader, ideally within social housing
  • A strong core trade with additional skills across other trades
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach
