Leaves Property Services is a reputable, well-established contractor delivering high-quality maintenance, construction, and refurbishment services across the South. With decades of experience and a growing pipeline of work, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent results, working collaboratively, and maintaining high standards across every project.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and adaptable Multi-Skilled Tradespersons to join our site teams working across a variety of reactive, planned, and refurbishment projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard – supporting site supervisors and contributing your skills across a range of trades.

This is a full-time, self-employed role. While the core working pattern is Monday to Friday, occasional weekend work may be required with prior arrangement and agreement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality works across a variety of domestic and commercial sites
  • Carry out installations, repairs, and maintenance works across multiple trades
  • Support Site Supervisors with day-to-day project delivery and coordination
  • Read and interpret job specifications, drawings, and client instructions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and subcontractors to complete jobs efficiently
  • Adhere to site health & safety and quality control procedures
  • Maintain and care for tools, vehicles, and equipment
  • Record and report job progress using a tablet provided

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience across multiple trades (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and health & safety regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Full UK driving licence
