Full job description

We are looking for a good Carpenter Multi Trader. It will involve carrying out repairs & maintenance works on domestic properties. You must have experience with 1-2 of the following other trades so either, Minor Plumbing, Tiling, Patch Plastering, Locks, UPVC, windows, Locks, Painting.

Daily responsibilities are:

  • Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant response environment experience (albeit not essential)
  • Providing a high level of customer care
  • Strong Carpentry experience

Benefits for the Multi Trader role:

  • Temp to Perm - 12 weeks on a temp basis
  • £22 per hour

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
