We have a building and maintenance company and work with some of the best estate agents and block management companies across London. We receive work orders, quote from our surveyors visits and allocate jobs to our engineers using the Service M8 app. The engineers then report there job back to us using the app, updating on the job notes, pictures and further works.

We are looking for an experienced Multi trader/ Glazier/ Locksmith to carry out planned and reactive maintenance jobs in different boroughs across London. Jobs range from repairing handles, plaster-boarding, basic plumbing/electrical repairs and much more. The chosen engineer needs to have a high work ethic, be looking to grow with our company and also be well presented.
Job Duties:
- Up to 8 reactive jobs a day.
- Logging and reporting back to us on service m8.
- Using initiative to solve maintenance tasks.
- Ensuring a no call back policy is adhered to.
