As we continue to expand our operations, we’re looking for qualified, experienced plumbers to join our team and deliver top-quality service, This role involves extensive driving as part of daily duties, particularly while new areas and routes are being established. As such, flexibility and reliable travel are essential.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineers to carry out Plumbing and Heating emergency call-outs.

You will be a key member of our field team, providing professional, timely, and efficient plumbing and heating services to both new and returning customers. Gas Safe registration will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately diagnose plumbing and heating issues and implement effective solutions
  • Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of domestic plumbing systems
  • Complete gas safety inspections and issue relevant certificates in line with Gas Safe regulations.
  • Undertake general plumbing work including pipework, leak repairs, and fixture installations.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and represent the company professionally
  • Complete job reports, safety checks, and service documentation accurately
  • Attend emergency call-outs as part of a scheduled rota, including weekends
  • Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth and efficient job completion requirements

Requirements

  • Level 2/3 NVQ or equivalent in Plumbing & Heating
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident working independently and managing emergency call-outs
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer communication skills
  • Gas Safe (Desireable)
